Job Description
Join the prestigious Capital City Club as a Golf Course Caddy! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy the outdoors, value physical activity, and are committed to providing top-tier service. As a caddy, you will enhance the golfing experience for our members by carrying bags, providing course knowledge, and assisting with game play. This role offers excellent cash tip potential and a chance to be part of a vibrant, active community. Full training provided, no prior caddying experience necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry golf bags for members and their guests throughout the 18-hole course.
- Provide accurate yardage, read greens, and offer strategic advice to golfers.
- Locate golf balls, rake bunkers, and replace divots as needed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Anticipate member needs and provide exceptional service.
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable pace of play.
- Adhere to all club rules and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to walk long distances while carrying heavy bags.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Ability to work effectively outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn golf etiquette and course specifics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of golf rules and etiquette.
