Job Description
Are you looking for an immediate start in a dynamic retail environment? Tesco is hiring for a Grocery Clerk / Stocker in Craigavon! This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals eager to learn and contribute to a bustling supermarket team. Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the skills you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Stocking shelves and ensuring products are neatly displayed and easily accessible to customers.
- Rotating stock to ensure freshness and minimise waste.
- Assisting with deliveries, unloading goods, and moving them to the sales floor or storage areas.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment, including aisles and stockrooms.
- Providing friendly and helpful assistance to customers when needed.
- Operating pallet jacks and other equipment safely after appropriate training.
- Following all health and safety guidelines and store procedures.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided!
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Capable of lifting and moving merchandise, sometimes heavy items.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
