Job Description
Join The Palace Hotel Kalgoorlie as a Guest Experience Host and become the welcoming face of our historic resort! This part-time day roster position is perfect for enthusiastic individuals passionate about providing outstanding service and creating lasting memories for our guests. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills needed to excel in this dynamic role. You will play a crucial role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and delightful stay, from arrival to departure, contributing to the warm and inviting atmosphere that defines our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions in Kalgoorlie.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and minor complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving approach.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and key card issuance.
