Job Description
We are urgently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Authority Receptionist to join our team in Phoenix. This full-time role is crucial for providing a welcoming first point of contact for residents, applicants, and visitors seeking housing assistance or information. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to supporting our community through exceptional administrative service. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all residents, applicants, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and taking detailed messages.
- Assist with general inquiries regarding housing applications, eligibility, and program guidelines.
- Schedule appointments for residents with housing specialists and other staff members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and common spaces.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Required Skills
