Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Support Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about public service and eager to start a career supporting our immigrant community. No prior experience in immigration is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, processing documentation, and providing essential support to our caseworkers and clients in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Process and organize various immigration-related documents and forms.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in digital and physical formats.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative duties.
- Prepare correspondence and reports as directed by senior staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients, under supervision, regarding appointment scheduling and document requirements.
- Support caseworkers by preparing case files and gathering necessary information.
- Respond to general inquiries and direct complex issues to appropriate personnel.
- Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and confidentiality protocols.
