Job Description

You will be responsible for reviewing claims, communicating with policyholders, and working closely with senior adjusters to develop your expertise. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program to learn all aspects of insurance claims adjusting.
- Review and process new claims received, ensuring accuracy and completeness of initial documentation.
- Communicate professionally with policyholders to gather necessary information, explain coverage, and guide them through the claims process.
- Assist senior adjusters with case management, documentation, and research.
- Maintain accurate and organized claims files, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop a strong understanding of various insurance policies and claims procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Continuously learn and adapt to changes in industry regulations and company best practices.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
