This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with little to no prior experience to gain hands-on training and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced managed services environment. We offer a structured, paid training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and practical experience needed to become a proficient IT professional. You will learn the fundamentals of network management, system administration, helpdesk support, and cybersecurity, all while contributing to real-world projects and supporting our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all aspects of the structured training program.
- Assist senior IT technicians with day-to-day IT support tasks.
- Learn to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Document IT procedures, client configurations, and support resolutions.
- Provide basic helpdesk support to end-users under supervision.
- Monitor system performance and alerts.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new equipment.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Required Skills
