Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our late-night retail operations in Tamworth. This is a casual roster position, perfect for individuals looking for flexible hours outside of traditional daytime work, and comes with attractive penalty rates. You will be instrumental in ensuring our store is well-stocked, clean, and ready for our customers, maintaining our high standards even during quieter hours. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient checkout operations, handling cash and card transactions.
- Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are correctly priced and presented.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and checking deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store, including aisles, display areas, and backroom.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the late-night team to achieve operational goals.
