Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Analyst to join our fully remote team. This is an entry-level opportunity for an individual passionate about digital marketing and eager to dive into data analysis. You will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive campaign performance and client success. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection and organization of marketing data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, advertising platforms, CRM).
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for client campaigns.
- Support senior analysts in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Help create compelling visualizations and presentations of data insights.
- Contribute to A/B testing efforts and analyze results to inform optimization strategies.
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with marketing managers and specialists to understand data requirements and deliver relevant insights.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance analytical skills and digital marketing knowledge.
Required Skills
- Strong foundational analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (data entry, basic formulas, pivot tables).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
