Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and meticulous individuals to join our team as a Public Transit Bus Cleaner for the night shift. This essential full-time role involves performing thorough cleaning and sanitation of our bus fleet to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all passengers. You will play a vital role in maintaining the hygiene standards of public transportation facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize bus interiors, including seats, floors, windows, and handrails.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum bus floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean and disinfect driver's compartments.
- Wipe down all surfaces, removing dirt, dust, and graffiti.
- Restock supplies such as hand sanitizer and air fresheners as needed.
- Report any damage, maintenance issues, or safety hazards observed during cleaning.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuum cleaners.
