Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Milk Run Offsider to join our Tamworth team for early morning, ongoing work. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start a career in logistics and transport. As an Offsider, you will play a crucial role in assisting our drivers with the efficient and safe delivery of fresh milk and dairy products to various retail and wholesale customers throughout the Tamworth region. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals without prior experience but with a strong work ethic and a commitment to early starts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the driver with the loading and unloading of milk and dairy products.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to designated locations.
- Help navigate routes and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Perform other duties as required to support the milk run operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying.
- Reliability and punctuality for early morning shifts.
