Job Description
Join Boral Australia as an Entry-Level Mill Hand in our industrial facility located in Osborne Park. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start a career in the manufacturing and industrial sector, even without prior experience. We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable team players who are committed to safety and eager to learn. Full training will be provided to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this physically demanding but highly rewarding role. You will be an integral part of our production team, contributing to the efficient operation of our processing plant and ensuring the quality of our materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation and monitoring of milling machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance of machinery.
- Load and unload materials, raw products, and finished goods.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and site procedures.
- Inspect materials for quality and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling tasks.
- Follow all instructions and complete tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and safely.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift license (LF class) or willingness to obtain one.
