Job Description
PruittHealth is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Registered Manager to lead our exceptional team in Montgomery, AL. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and person-centered care.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels efficiently to meet operational goals.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care, resident safety, and positive outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for facility growth and service enhancement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for all residents and staff.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and address any identified areas for development.
Required Skills
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) credential, or an internationally recognized equivalent with a clear pathway to US licensure/endorsement.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., CMS, state health department guidelines).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and operational oversight.
- Commitment to resident-centered care and ethical practice.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Previous experience working in a facility with a diverse resident population.
- Proven track record of successful regulatory survey outcomes.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
