Job Description

Join the Regions Bank team as an Office Assistant, where we believe in nurturing talent from the ground up! Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Maintain organized office records and filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars as needed.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Greet visitors and direct inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
  • Ensure the office environment remains tidy and professional.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., email, internet browsing)
