Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Lead to manage the daily operations of our Murray Bridge office. The Office Lead will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our professional services environment, providing essential support to our team and maintaining a welcoming and productive space for clients. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to professional staff and senior leadership.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including reception duties, mail, and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate office meetings, events, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, health and safety regulations, and local administrative requirements.
  • Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures to optimize workflow.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage office operations efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience within a professional services environment (e.g., accounting, legal, consulting).
  • Familiarity with local government regulations and compliance standards.
