Job Description
Are you a passionate fitness enthusiast with a knack for technology and helping others? MyFitnessPal is seeking a dedicated Personal Training App Support Agent to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our users, providing exceptional support for our personal training features and app functionalities. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who love fitness, are tech-savvy, and are eager to make a tangible difference in people’s health journeys. Full training on our systems and app features will be provided, so direct experience in a similar role isn’t essential – your enthusiasm and aptitude are what count!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate technical support to MyFitnessPal users regarding personal training features and general app usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues via email, chat, and other support channels.
- Educate users on how to best utilize MyFitnessPal's features to achieve their fitness goals.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Document user interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of help center articles and FAQs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and report recurring bugs or feature requests.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Required Skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
- Proficiency in using web and mobile applications.
- Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.

- Previous experience in a customer service or support role (even if informal).
- Familiarity with MyFitnessPal or similar fitness tracking applications.
- Basic understanding of personal training principles or nutrition.
