Job Description
Are you a highly motivated and physically capable individual looking for a challenging and rewarding full-time role? Spotless Group is seeking dedicated Pressure Washing Hands to join our dynamic mobile team on the vibrant Gold Coast. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic to earn high pay while contributing to the pristine appearance and maintenance of various properties. You will be responsible for operating high-pressure washing equipment to clean a range of surfaces at different client sites, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently on various surfaces, including concrete, pavers, facades, and external structures.
- Conduct pre-inspection of work areas to identify potential hazards and ensure client property protection.
- Prepare surfaces for washing, including pre-treatment with appropriate cleaning solutions when necessary.
- Perform post-job checks to ensure quality standards are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
- Maintain all pressure washing equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and reporting any malfunctions.
- Adhere strictly to all WHS (Work Health and Safety) policies and procedures.
- Travel to various client locations across the Gold Coast region.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to operate pressure washing equipment or similar machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols when working with machinery and chemicals.
- Valid Australian Driver's License and reliable transport.
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial or residential pressure washing.
- Current White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Knowledge of different surface types and appropriate cleaning techniques.
- Experience with chemical handling and safe application.
