Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Event Ushers to join our team for exciting red carpet events in Saanich. This is a part-time, evening role perfect for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills, a sharp appearance, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. You will be the face of our events, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable time from arrival to departure. This position requires adherence to a strict smart dress code and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and direct guests to their designated areas and seats.
- Verify tickets or credentials accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding event schedules, facilities, and general inquiries.
- Maintain order and ensure a safe, pleasant environment for all attendees.
- Assist guests with special needs, including accessibility accommodations.
- Resolve minor guest issues and escalate complex problems to event management.
- Adhere strictly to all event protocols, safety guidelines, and dress code requirements.
- Support event setup and breakdown as required to ensure smooth operations.
