Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to lead our operations and strategic growth within the Somerset region, based in Bath. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of regional performance, driving sales initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering strong client relationships. The Regional Director will be instrumental in executing our company’s vision, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring sustainable business expansion across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Oversee regional P&L, managing budgets, and ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market share and client base.
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in regional management or a similar senior leadership role (minimum 8 years).
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership, team building, and motivational skills.
- Demonstrable financial acumen with P&L management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and business intelligence tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience within the consumer electronics or technology sector.
