Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases and test plans on mobile applications across various operating systems (iOS, Android).
- Identify, document, and track bugs, glitches, and usability issues using our internal bug tracking system.
- Provide clear, concise, and detailed bug reports, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
- Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure identified issues are understood and resolved.
- Offer constructive feedback on app functionality, design, and overall user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile app trends and testing methodologies.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with smartphone devices and mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with online tools for reporting and communication.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
