Job Description

Suncorp Group is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Claims Processors. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their insurance claims from the comfort of your own home, guiding them through the process with empathy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process new insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with policyholders to gather necessary information regarding their claims.
- Explain claim procedures and policy coverages clearly and concisely to customers.
- Document all claim activities and customer interactions in our system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of claims.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Participate actively in all provided training and ongoing professional development sessions.
