Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote E-commerce Product Lister to join our growing team. This is a flexible, entry-level position perfect for individuals who are meticulous, reliable, and comfortable with data entry. You will be responsible for accurately adding new products to our e-commerce platform by copying and pasting information from vendor spreadsheets and websites, ensuring all product details are consistent and complete. Full training will be provided, so no prior e-commerce experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately copy and paste product details, descriptions, specifications, and pricing from various sources into our e-commerce content management system (CMS).
- Upload product images and ensure they meet company standards for size, quality, and naming conventions.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all listed product information before publishing.
- Categorize products correctly within the e-commerce platform.
- Perform routine audits of existing product listings to ensure data integrity and identify any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce and merchandising teams to prioritize listing tasks.
- Maintain organized records of listed products and completed tasks.
- Adhere to company guidelines and best practices for product data entry.
