Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Remote Membership Coordinator to join our team, focusing primarily on email-based support for our valued members. In this 100% remote role, you will be the first point of contact for member inquiries, feedback, and support requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement. This position requires excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. While experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow within a supportive environment. Full training on our systems and membership processes will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to a high volume of member inquiries and support requests via email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance regarding membership benefits, services, and policies.
  • Troubleshoot member account issues and escalate complex problems to relevant internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of member interactions and resolutions within our CRM system.
  • Identify trends in member feedback to contribute to continuous improvement of membership services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Assist with membership renewals, upgrades, and other administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
  • Proficiency in using email platforms and CRM software (training provided for specific systems).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Familiarity with membership-based organizations or loyalty programs.
  • Experience using Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar customer support tools.
