Job Description
HubSpot is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK. As an SDR, you will be on the front lines of our sales process, responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, building interest in HubSpot’s powerful platform, and scheduling qualified meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll gain invaluable experience in the SaaS industry, receive comprehensive training, and have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission based on your performance. Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers using various sales tools.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities via phone, email, and social channels to generate new sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads to determine fit and interest in HubSpot's solutions.
- Articulate HubSpot's value proposition clearly and concisely to prospects.
- Schedule and confirm qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

- Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
