Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote UX/UI Testers. This is a unique opportunity for anyone interested in technology and user experience, even without prior professional experience. Your primary role will involve recording your screen while interacting with our latest features and providing honest, constructive feedback on usability, design, and overall user flow. This is a 100% remote, contract position, offering flexible hours to fit your schedule. Full training will be provided to ensure you are comfortable and effective in your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute provided test scripts and scenarios on various Shopify platform features.
- Record your screen and audio commentary while navigating specific user flows and tasks.
- Provide detailed, written feedback on user interface elements, user experience, and overall functionality.
- Identify and document any bugs, glitches, or areas of confusion.
- Communicate insights and suggestions clearly and constructively.
- Participate in occasional remote feedback sessions or workshops.
- Adhere to testing guidelines and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with web applications.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- A genuine interest in technology and user experience.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet testing environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Etsy) as a user.
- Familiarity with screen recording software (e.g., Loom, OBS Studio).
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles (e.g., intuitiveness, accessibility).
- Proficiency in French is a plus.
