Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in hospitality? Grill’d Healthy Burgers is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Team Members in Perth. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you succeed! This role is perfect for anyone eager to learn, work in a fast-paced environment, and be part of a fun, supportive team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, from preparing our delicious burgers to maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh, high-quality ingredients and assemble Grill'd burgers to company standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and excellent customer service, taking orders and handling transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and receiving deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
- Uphold Grill'd brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
Required Skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (not required, but a plus).
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (if applicable to role).
- Food Safety Certificate (we can help you get this!).
