Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming returned merchandise and packages.
- Verify product condition against return documentation and processing guidelines.
- Accurately update inventory records and log all processed returns using internal systems.
- Prepare items for restocking, refurbishment, or disposal as per company policy.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
