Job Description
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team as a Scan & Pack Warehouse Clerk. This is a fast-paced role essential to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for scanning incoming items and meticulously packing them for shipment. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately scan items using handheld devices.
- Carefully pack products according to company standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify product quantities and ensure correct items are packaged.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 15 kg (33 lbs) unassisted.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with scanning technology or inventory systems.
- Experience working in a team-oriented setting.
