Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Self-Storage Facility Relief Manager for weekend shifts at our Colorado Springs location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for an easy-going retail role focused on customer service and light administrative tasks. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their storage needs, processing payments, and ensuring the facility remains clean and secure. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants
- Assist customers with storage unit rentals, inquiries, and move-ins/move-outs
- Process payments and manage cash/credit card transactions accurately
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure the facility is well-presented
- Conduct daily walk-throughs to check on property condition and security
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including paperwork and record-keeping
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
