Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Brand Manager to lead key brand initiatives and drive market growth for our prominent product portfolio. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, managing product lifecycle, and enhancing brand equity. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in consumer marketing, capable of translating insights into actionable plans that resonate with our target audience. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of brand performance, including market analysis, campaign development, and cross-functional team leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and enhance brand presence.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, finance, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand execution.
- Manage brand budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibility to optimize financial performance.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, ATL, BTL).
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Ensure all brand communications and activities comply with regulatory standards and company guidelines.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in brand management or marketing within the CPG industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA) in Marketing or a related business discipline.
- Experience with international markets or global brand management.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
- Strong understanding of brand finance and P&L management.
