Job Description

Are you an engaging and friendly individual looking for a rewarding part-time role? Taylor Wimpey is seeking a professional Show Home Host / Greeter to welcome prospective buyers to our stunning developments in Woking. This crucial role ensures every visitor receives a warm reception and a positive first impression of our homes and services. You will be the face of our development, providing essential information and creating an inviting atmosphere during weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all visitors to the show home.
  • Provide general information about the development, local area, and amenities.
  • Maintain the immaculate presentation of the show home and sales office.
  • Assist the Sales Executive team as required, including managing visitor flow and basic administrative tasks.
  • Answer initial questions and direct visitors appropriately.
  • Ensure all visitors feel comfortable and valued during their visit.
  • Distribute brochures and marketing materials.
