Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our production team as a Shrink Wrap Machine Feeder. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. You will be responsible for feeding products into our automated shrink-wrap machines, ensuring a steady and efficient production flow on the factory floor. This role is crucial to our packaging operations and offers a fantastic opportunity to learn manufacturing processes within a stable and respected company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently load products onto conveyor belts or into shrink wrap machines according to production schedules.
  • Monitor machine operation to ensure continuous feeding and identify any potential issues.
  • Perform quality checks on wrapped products to ensure proper sealing and packaging standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Assist with other general production tasks as needed, supporting the wider team.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality concerns to the line supervisor.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Required Skills

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
