Job Description
Join our dynamic team in Alice Springs as a Snack Food Packer! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking easy, hands-on work during afternoon shifts. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure your success. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently packing a variety of snack food products, ensuring they meet our strict quality and hygiene standards before being distributed.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack snack food products into designated packaging following specific guidelines.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and packaging materials for defects or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
- Operate basic packing equipment and machinery as required, after receiving appropriate training.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and schedules.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to a supervisor promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
