Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sports Nutrition Store Advisor to join our team in Richmond, BC. In this on-site role, you will be instrumental in guiding customers through our extensive range of supplements, providing personalized recommendations, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their health and fitness objectives.
- Provide expert, personalized advice and product recommendations on sports nutrition and wellness supplements.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, including commission-based goals.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, ingredients, and industry trends.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and merchandise is attractively displayed.
- Accurately process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries with exceptional service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail sales or customer service role.
- Genuine passion for health, fitness, and sports nutrition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals and work in a commission-based structure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in nutrition, personal training, or a related health field.
- Previous experience working in a supplement store or health food environment.
- Familiarity with various supplement brands and product categories.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
