Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Assist customers with product location and general store information.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and helpful attitude, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized service desk area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
