Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our operations team as a State/Provincial Revenue Mail Sorter. This is an active office role focused on the precise and timely handling of incoming mail related to provincial revenue. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, open, and sort incoming mail accurately and efficiently, specifically focusing on provincial revenue documents.

  • Prepare mail for further processing by internal departments, ensuring proper routing and adherence to strict protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the security and confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  • Operate basic office equipment such as mail openers, scanners, and photocopiers.
  • Adhere to all company policies, security procedures, and provincial regulations regarding data handling and privacy.
  • Assist with other administrative and mailroom tasks as required, contributing to overall team productivity.
