Job Description
This entry-level internship offers an unparalleled opportunity for a keen student to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of property valuation and leasing. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learning the intricacies of market analysis, property assessment, client relations, and legal compliance within real estate. This role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure, setting a strong foundation for a career in property. Full training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior valuers and leasing agents with property inspections and data collection.
- Conduct market research to support valuation reports and leasing proposals.
- Prepare and update property listings and marketing materials.
- Support the client relationship management process, including responding to inquiries.
- Learn and apply industry-specific software and valuation methodologies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Perform administrative tasks as required to support the property team.
Required Skills
