Job Description
Are you an energetic, outgoing individual with a passion for live television and crowd engagement? Peach State Productions is seeking an enthusiastic TV Studio Audience Coordinator for a temporary assignment. This role is perfect for extroverts who thrive in fast-paced environments and love interacting with people. You will be instrumental in creating an exciting and welcoming atmosphere for our studio audiences, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience and contribute to the vibrant energy of our productions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome studio audience members upon arrival, managing check-in processes efficiently.
- Guide audience members to their designated seating areas and ensure smooth transitions.
- Engage with the audience, answer questions, and provide necessary information about the show.
- Energize and warm up the crowd before, during, and between takes to maintain a lively atmosphere.
- Collaborate closely with production staff to ensure audience flow aligns with show timings and requirements.
- Address any audience concerns or issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, representing Peach State Productions positively.
- Assist with post-show audience dismissal and venue clear-out as needed.
