Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as an Unskilled Factory Hand for part-time day work. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in a manufacturing environment. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in your role. You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on the factory floor, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general production tasks on the factory floor.
- Load and unload materials and products.
- Operate basic machinery under supervision after training.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines diligently.
- Perform quality checks on finished products as instructed.
- Support team members with various ad-hoc duties as required.
