Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and seat VIP guests in the lounge.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest requests with proactive and discreet service.
- Manage lounge amenities, ensuring pristine conditions and stock levels.
- Serve beverages and light refreshments according to high standards.
- Maintain an expert knowledge of Crown's offerings and the surrounding area.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues gracefully and efficiently.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Required Skills
