Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and seat VIP guests in the lounge.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest requests with proactive and discreet service.
  • Manage lounge amenities, ensuring pristine conditions and stock levels.
  • Serve beverages and light refreshments according to high standards.
  • Maintain an expert knowledge of Crown's offerings and the surrounding area.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues gracefully and efficiently.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a high-end customer service or hospitality role (e.g., fine dining, luxury retail, hotel).
