Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH IT Procurement Assistant to join our remote team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement of essential IT hardware and accessories to ensure our global operations run smoothly. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home during standard office hours. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in IT administration or procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and track purchase orders for IT hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and inventory levels.
  • Assist in managing supplier relationships and evaluating vendor performance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to understand hardware needs and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Support the onboarding of new IT equipment and asset tagging.
  • Prepare reports on purchasing trends and expenditures.
