Job Description
HubSpot is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Newsletter Creator to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying engaging weekly email newsletters that inform and captivate our audience. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office while collaborating with a dynamic and supportive team. You will play a crucial part in our content strategy, ensuring our subscribers receive valuable and visually appealing communications that drive engagement and achieve our marketing objectives. We are looking for someone with a creative eye, strong organizational skills, and a passion for digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create visually appealing and on-brand weekly email newsletters.
- Develop engaging content for newsletters, including articles, promotions, and announcements.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and sales teams to gather necessary assets and information.
- Manage the full lifecycle of newsletter production, from concept to deployment.
- Ensure all newsletters are optimized for various email clients and mobile devices.
- Track and report on newsletter performance metrics, suggesting improvements.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all email communications.
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot Email Tool, Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics).
- Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS).
