Job Description
Join our team as a Gourmet Chocolate Shop Cashier and become an essential part of delivering sweet moments to our customers. In this role, you will be the face of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, responsible for providing outstanding customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the inviting atmosphere of our shop. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with premium products, enjoy free samples, and contribute to a festive environment, especially during peak holiday seasons. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting a variety of gourmet chocolates and confections.
- Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently to process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Handle cash responsibly, including opening and closing registers and reconciling daily sales.
- Package chocolates and other products beautifully according to customer requests and company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, display cases, and cashier station.
- Assist with stocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring product freshness.
- Answer customer inquiries about products, ingredients, and promotions with enthusiasm and accuracy.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system with accuracy.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
