Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Industrial Packers for casual day work, Monday to Friday, at our Mandurah facility. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for consistent weekday work in a dynamic industrial environment. As an Industrial Packer, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently packing a variety of products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment or distribution. Full training will be provided, making this a great entry point for individuals eager to start a career in logistics and warehousing.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack products according to specific instructions and quality guidelines
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packing
- Load and unload materials and products as required
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Operate packing machinery or equipment safely and efficiently (where applicable)
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift and carry items up to 15kg
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
