Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide overnight supervision and support to residents, ensuring their safety and security.
- Assist residents with personal care tasks as needed, while promoting independence.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any concerns or changes to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment for residents.
- Administer medication according to established protocols and training (after certification).
- Document observations, incidents, and resident activities accurately and promptly.
- Respond to emergencies effectively and calmly, following company procedures.
- Engage with residents in a respectful and supportive manner, fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Attend all mandatory training sessions and team meetings.
