Job Description
The Grand Esplanade Hotel Geelong is seeking an exceptional VIP Lounge Host to join our prestigious team on a part-time basis, primarily for evening shifts. This is an unparalleled opportunity for an individual with a passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. As a VIP Lounge Host, you will be the face of our exclusive lounge, responsible for ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, personalised, and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all VIP lounge guests, managing their arrival and departure with grace.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and courteously, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Serve beverages and light refreshments according to established standards and guest preferences.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lounge, ensuring an inviting and luxurious environment at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and minor concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process guest orders and payments accurately, if applicable.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and guest privacy.
Required Skills
- Minimum 12 months experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
