Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to kickstart your career in agriculture or facilities maintenance? Spotless Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Irrigation Labourer to join our team in Rosehill, NSW. This ongoing full-time position is perfect for someone keen to learn the ins and outs of modern farm and large-scale irrigation systems. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to help you develop valuable skills. You will work outdoors, contributing to the efficient operation and maintenance of vital irrigation infrastructure across various sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems under supervision.
- Learn to identify common irrigation faults and assist in their resolution.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely.
- Carry out general labouring tasks, including digging, trenching, and material handling.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
Required Skills
- Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in an outdoor environment in varying weather conditions.
- Physical fitness to perform manual labour tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
