Job Description
Join Viterra Australia as a Seasonal Grain Handler in Port Lincoln! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking high hourly rates and temporary work during the busy harvest season. No prior experience in grain handling is required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re equipped for success. You will be an integral part of our operations, helping to manage grain receivals, outloading, and general site maintenance. This role is physically demanding but incredibly rewarding, offering a chance to contribute to Australia’s vital agricultural industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate grain receival equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with grain outloading operations, including truck and train loading
- Perform general site housekeeping and maintenance duties
- Monitor grain quality and report any issues to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in training programs and ongoing skill development
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
