Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all paid training programs to develop technical knowledge and customer service skills.

- Troubleshoot common software and hardware problems, guiding users through solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary, ensuring clear documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and resolutions in our helpdesk system.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and basic system navigation queries.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient customer support experience.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and best practices through continuous learning.
