Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Influencer Outreach Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with content creators and influencers across various platforms to amplify Duolingo’s brand message and initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant content creators, influencers, and communities aligned with Duolingo's brand values and target audience.
- Craft compelling and personalized outreach messages (DMs and emails) to establish initial contact and build rapport with potential partners.
- Track and manage outreach efforts, responses, and potential collaboration opportunities using internal tools and spreadsheets.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling introductory calls or virtual meetings with interested influencers.
- Maintain a well-organized database of influencer contacts and communication history.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and influencer needs.
- Provide regular updates on outreach progress, potential partnership pipelines, and market trends.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and persuasive language.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) for research and communication.
- Basic understanding of email communication and digital etiquette.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
